All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Origin
All packages are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ukraine through Nova Poshta Global.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time to the United States is 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing and destination. International shipping to other countries may take 10–25 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be shown at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to track your package via Nova Poshta Global’s website or their U.S. partner carrier (e.g., USPS).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply to your shipment. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, please contact us at bocoandcompany@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
