Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bedding! Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Items must be in their original packaging with tags intact. 

Return Address in the USA 

• For eligible returns, you can send your item to our US return address:

• We will provide detailed instructions after you contact us. 

How to Return

1. Contact us at [bocoandcompany@gmail.com] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the defect/damage.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item to the US return address using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• For a different size or design, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bedding arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
